This is a portrait of my mother based on a black and white photo taken about 40 years ago. The portrait was created using Hilbert curves of varying thicknesses to simulate the grayscale level.
Daily DeviationGiven 2007-10-02Mom by ~lkmitch - What he's done here has an end result akin to ascii art or typographic art but that he - even if he IS a mathematician - has done this with UF fair blows my brains.
